Ordered a Saatva mattress on 8/24 with 'white glove delivery service'. PHD informed me on 9/1 delivery would be on 9/8, which was the one day I would not be available. Gave them 15 alternate dates over the course of 4 weeks, they said they would call back but never did. Wasn't until I called them that they claimed the mattress was damaged and would have to get a replacement and would let me know when it arrived. Called back a week later and they had no idea or tracking info for the replacement mattress. Now they're claiming they have the mattress, but can not and will not deliver it until they have 'more work' in my area. Their service rep actually told me over the phone that they could confirm a delivery date as far as three weeks out, but if they don't have enough other stuff to deliver to make the route worth the trip, they will cancel and reschedule. They're currently withholding a $3500 bed set and refusing delivery unless I agree to and work around their schedule to be available on the dates where it is most convenient for them. They do not return calls when they say they will, and all around a terrible company. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Awesome group of guys! They did a fabulous job and I will for sure recommend to family & friends! Couldn’t have done the move without them!

Edit - Response to what PHD Movers wrote. I have been asking for their liability insurance carriers information for well over two months. They will not give me the information that I need to file a claim and just responded that it is out of their hands and that they reached out to their insurance carrier. That is not how insurance works as we all know. The opposite party that requested the insurance carrier information needs the information hence car accidents and exchange of information. Trust me guys run !!! DO not do business with this company not reputable what so ever !

(Avoid this company at all costs !! They were outsourced by Bernie & Phyls for a home delivery of furniture. Long story short the movers damaged my floors by dropping a drill on it. I have been trying for the last two months to get this company to give me their liability insurance information to be able to get it fixed!!! My next step is to ask the state for help. Avoid !!!!!!!)

Prime came through and moved my clients with same day notice!!! Their movers had canceled on them and Prime came to the rescue that same day! Excellent service, great pricing, I highly recommend prime moving. You won’t go wrong.
