Prime Relocation

Do NOT use this company. They are scam artist and will make you pay DOUBLE and hold your things HOSTAGE. They also NEVER pick up the phone. It took us over a month to get our things and over a week to even talk to someone about it. The WORST service AND your things come back extremely DAMAGED. Also LOST furniture and boxes of goods and they wouldn’t even try to find the items. It’s cheaper for them to pay you a few dollars for it instead. All your items are stored with a bunch of other people’s things and when we got our things, we got a bunch of things that weren’t ours. I gave it back to the driver but what are the chances they are going to pay or make an effort to get their things to that person in another state. Number your boxes, put your name and address on them. They LOST so many things and we were out thousands of dollars and they only give you a couple hundred for it all based on weight. This was the most STRESSFUL experience I have ever had. They price low then double it. Then double it again. That’s what happened to us. All their reviews are FAKE. We learned the extremely hard way. Over $7000 for a 1 bedroom apartment. SCAMMERS!

If I could give 6 stars I would, .. Due to the bad rep moving companies usually get I wanted to make it a point to share my experience on how my long distance move went!.. Prime Relocation Services moved my family from Colorado to Savannah,Georgia and it was hands down, a great experience! First of all I have to praise the representative who set up my move, Jason was extremely thorough with details on what to expect in the process. I loved the brief education provided on carriers vs. brokers, ..Listen, if you’re planning a move while you read this review,, please please, make sure you ask this question, this helped narrow down my search a lot!!, I didn’t realize there was a difference between the terms.
I gave my inventory to Jason over the phone and received my quote with a clear break down of services. On my pick up date, although only 2 guys arrived, they were punctual and handled all my furniture with care. I was relieved there were no scratches on my floors, as I have real wood floors that was just refinished, I was worried, but the movers brought pads for all the legs and wrapped all my pieces professionally. This process was so strategical in how they loaded I could tell they’ve been doing this a while! I was impressed by only two guys moving my 3 bedroom home. My original quote was 5900, but there was a difference in price after all, the total came out to 6200, between some boxes and specific packing that I didn’t realize I needed before they came. Which is fine, the movers arrived with the list I did provide and I was off by a few things after all my family packing was said and done. Delivery took about a week, which was perfect timing for me since my husband and I decided to drive to Georgia. Delivery was equally as smooth, all furniture was placed in rooms of our choice. The guys had a good sense of humor which I appreciated and kept their masks on, which I also appreciated. I would recommend Prime Relocation Services to any family member.. I think we’ve moved into our forever home, but if we did ever decide to move again, im calling Jason

I recently hired Prime Relocation Services for my move from Seattle, WA to St. Petersburg, FL. I can tell you this, I am not new to long distance moves one bit, I've moved about 3 times cross country the past 8 years, and they were by far the best company I dealt with. I've used United and Allied for my previous two and of all those experiences, I was most impressed with this one. I guess a major part of why is because the experience with Prime Relocation I wasn't treated like a number. The representative I spoke with to setup my move was extremely patient and thorough in his approach. Their customer service department I dealt with was so courteous throughout the necessary communication in regards to arrange my delivery. Also too, I am recovering from a major surgery so I needed help with packing of the majority of my stuff. When I tell you they came extremely prepared, they came well prepared. I had a 3 bedroom home about 2200 sq. ft. so that didn't make it any easier on them. I was very happy they sent out at least three men to Pack and Load. I was going to have them take it to a storage of my own in FL but they told me they would gladly store my things free for 30 days and re-deliver it all within the same price, I was pretty pleased with that. Especially since I'm wasn't the smallest move. They handled all my things very carefully and arrived with no damages. I have a lot of fragile pieces and heavy oak wood furniture not to mention a two story home. I can go on and on about how professional and amazing they were ,especially when you typically go with the assumption if you go with the household names your probably better off, but not this time around. My last move from Boston, MA was with United and it was a nightmare. I paid over $22,000 when I was originally quoted $12,200 for that one without even having them help me pack. I ended up paying $9,800 after it originally being $9,500 with packing for this move and they did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them for any move. Another thing I was glad to hear was, they do Local in state moves in the event I needed to have them service my next one if I don't move out of state. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
