Prime Storage

Since a Prime storage has bought out Cube Smart who I had been renting from for months, they NOT ONLY raised my storage price IMMEDIATELY & had been paid by automatic payment monthly. I just happen to have fraud on my account & while waiting for a new debit card I was late on my 1st payment with them. They then proceeded to HARASS me MULTIPLE times dialy. I even referred others here who have had NOTHING but issues which left me embarrassed. Problems with certain locks or double locks they constantly have issues. FINALLY THEY CALLED MY MOTHER LOOKING FOR PAYMENT even after having multiple conversations with them about how i was willing to pay a late fee no problem. There are MANY other places to store your important belongings, DONT let this place be your choice unless your willing to deal with MULTIPLE issues regularly including HARASSING phone calls to you and your family for payment.

Excellent service

I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a storage unit. It is very clean, very well lit at all times when you are inside, climate controlled and always easy to access. The staff, especially Tony, are very helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. I give this a 5 star rating. Believe me check it out! You won't be sorry. It's also very reasonably priced.

This place has gone down hill. Insane that they won’t allow you to have a second lock on your storage unit even when they are built specifically for 2 locks. It seems security is not a top priority for them. Nowhere in the documents does it state you cannot have 2 locks then they send harassing emails saying they are cutting your locks off at your expense. I would recommend you stay far away from this unsafe storage facility. I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option. Should have stayed with the previous owners.
