I just worked with Darla at the Cohoes facility, and she was fantastic. She insured that the storage unit was the correct size for what I needed, and then processed the rental agreement in an expeditious manner. This is the second rental experience at a second location with Prime Storage, and I have been well satisfied both times. Thank you!

Update: I received a refund. Prime Storage sold me a spot for our RV that is inaccessible. Anyone who has pulled a trailer would know that it is impossible to navigate a trailer in or out of there without a tractor. I've called twice for a refund and have not received a return call nor refund.

Friendly staff good price. When I first went to prime I accidentally went to the wrong one and the team members were able to help me out to get to the right location. Both locations have amazing customer service
