We never rented the storage before. After we rented a small apartment we looked around and chose Prime Storage. We were not disappointed. Corteous service, kindness in addressing any issues and professional assistance to a customer. Dana the manager was the best in moving us smoothly through the entire process. Highly recommend.

Review:
I was looking for storage options today and stopped by Prime Storage in Pleasant Valley. Unfortunately, I needed outside RV storage and this location did not offer that. But the storage manager was friendly and helpful, referring me to other Prime locations that do.
