I signed up for a 5x5 unit in July and in August received a letter of an increase of $33.00 in Sept and another increase in November. As soon as I received the letter I’ve left multiple messages for management and not one person has contacted me. I have asked several times what is the process to Now that didn’t make a payment they are hounding me. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this storage facility unless you want poor customer service and increased rates after you move all your stuff into the unit.
