Kristi is great! When the property used to be Guardian Storage Kristi transferred to the highland location about 7-8 yrs ago. The old property manager was great aswell, so I was hesitant to the 'new' person. But my time and experience with Kristi has been great and she won me over very quickly; excellent customer service and is a real people person (in other words, she gets it!). As a long time customer and the rarity we go to our unit now a days. We always look for her and wave as we drive in/out whether she sees us or not!

Kristy is an absolute ROCK STAR. This is by far the best storage unit I have ever been too. Attentive to customers needs and GREAT COMMUNICATION. Very respectful feels like being apart of a family.
