Prime Storage

I've had the storage unit for the past two years , From the first day, I got the unit to the last day Kristi has always been the upmost, professional, and extremely courteous worker. She always seems to go above and beyond in helping customers. everything she does is done with a smile. Which You do not see very often these days.
Prime storage is very lucky to have her as an employee it's been a pleasure working with her

Kristi gets 5 stars! She is always wonderful and professional to deal with. I have had storage here for years. I must say thought that I'm not crazy about the new phone system which makes it difficult to actually speak with a person without going through some hoops. Not a fan.

I'm a student living on campus, I've been using this location before as guardian and currently as prime for a total of three times right now, and will be using it for the next year+.The main reason I keep coming back is how incredibly helpful and sweet Kristi is. She is the main/only reason I bring my business here. She goes above and beyond to help and sort out any scheduling, any information, any help, she just makes things much easier. This location gets 5 stars for Kristi.

Kristi was amazing. Her customer service skills are superb. She knows how to assist and understand when things got confusing. I would recommend Prime Storage solely because of Kristi and the experience she’s given me and my husband! Our move in and out experience was at ease and smooth. 10/10. Excellence.
