I had a very smooth experience moving into my unit thanks to Megan and Emily. They were very helpful. The unit was clean and swept.

I had a wonderful experience with Emily and Megan. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to address my concerns and questions.

Very disappointing company & facility. From the inception I signed up for auto payment. They did not withdraw and charged me a late fee and it took forever to get it returned. The actual property is not kept well. Back in the summer the lawn wasn't done for a month. The property looked abandoned along with the gates being opened then as well. They took away the insurance that comes with it and also raised our fees. The gate has been opened almost since the beginning. It was only closed for a month or so. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen if somebody gets injured in there or robbed or worse. There's no way to account for anybody going in and out of that place. My work hours are unusual and numerous times I saw a large trucks coming in and out of there. You won't know if that's a moving company or if you're being robbed. The winter snow removal was atrocious and there was so much ice in front of the door as well as the parking lot for the temperature controlled units that they had cones in front of the door.
I was unable to get my belongings during my move for a week. However they're the first to charge you a late fee. 20%. And I'm pretty darn sure that the temperature control units the temperature is now lower. I've been in there 6 years with Guardian never once did I ever have a problem. Now there's mice in the unit I had to have the property manager come and get it out. On a more pleasant note the girls at the front desk are kind but I know their hands are tied. And I've been informed they've had numerous complaints and that I shouldn't worry that we are in a safe neighborhood. That doesn't excuse the gates being open for 9 months. We are the community that they service and service poorly. From where I stand it looks like the company doesn't have money to get the proper plows, proper salting, landscaping, etc. They have you over a barrel because so much changed it's hard to just pick up and move to another storage facility. My advice if you could afford to get your stuff out of there run for the hills
