Since prime took over this facility from it being guardian the customer service has been rude or non responsive. I emailed and called multiple times about the broken front gate and feeling my belongings and own safety were at risk as anyone could enter the facility. There are no cameras and poor lighting making it VERY unsafe. When at my unit on any given day multiple unmarked vans and trucks would be in and out of the facility as the front gate has been broken since May 2024 and is still broken now Nov 2024! I NEVER got a response to my email and was given the runaround on the phone whenever I called IF someone actually answered the phone. The units are “temperature controlled” which means that having it set at 78 is ok in the heat of the summer? I had not 1 but 2 rate increases in my 6 months with Prime nearly doubling what I signed up for with guardian. The office staff is rude; after driving multiple hours and unloading in my storage unit I asked to use the office restroom and was told no. I would NEVER send a family or friend to this company.

The best part of the facility was the kind man that moved me in when it was owned by guardian.
Your facility should be shut down. Peoples lives are stored under your care and you could care less to answer a phone or respond to an email to give us peace of mind or even some reassurance. You should be ashamed of how you deal with people or should I say avoid dealing with people

Emily and Megan literally saved me they are so thoughtful mindful. Their customer service is the best I’ve seen from any storage facility and I have been to a lot. The units are also very clean
