5 years plus at Prime Storage. I realized I was paying top dollar for square footage inferior to competition., so I left. Earlier, I paid over $100. to reserve a space for a boat. My plans changed but Prime Storage refused to return my deposit, saying I was a day late for having my deposit returned

Needed small ground floor storage space for unknown time period. Previously used this Company and was very pleased with them so went to them with my new requirement. As previously, they had a space meeting my size requirements for a reasonable price and were able to rapidly complete lease agreement with a couple quick calls and on-line signatures. Everyone I had contact with were very professional and delivered excellent customer service. When I went to Facility, I found it to be gate secured and exceptionally clean. There were on-site agents to assist with any access issues (if needed but they weren’t). There were even 2 large metal dollies available in the building accessible for my use. I provided my own lock for the space but they had lock’s available for purchase if needed. It was clear the company’s personnel routinely walked the buildings/spaces each day to identify any issues. Oh!! And the first month was free!! Recommend this company and facility.

Super clean & easy access. Great spot to store your kid’s gear in between school years, GM Derek was really helpful and made this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience!

It was my first time using a storage facility and the person at the counter was patient, courteous and very helpful,
