The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Storage units were readily available. I was able to look at various sizes, make a selection and rent the unit. The entire process was seamless and took less than 20 minutes. Overall it was a great experience.

The manager Natalie, at this facility (South Ferdon, Crestview) is absolutely wonderful! Every time we have had an issue or needed help with billing she has been beyond accommodating.
This facility is also extremely clean, dolly carts are always available to help you move your items, hours of access are also very reasonable and the rates are pretty fair especially for a climate controlled unit.
Overall, I highly recommend and Natalie at the front desk will do everything she can to help meet your needs!

Great place to get a unit from if you don’t mind the price increases. We started renting from prime storage in November of 2023. 5x10 climate controlled unit. Price with insurance was $63.13. In March 24’ we got an email that the price was going up to a total of $89.68 per month. In December of 2024, we moved to a 10x10 unit. Total price was $88.58. We just got an email from the on 2/7/25, that the rate was going up to $155.53. I was told on the phone that prices can increase usually every six months. At this point we’re going to keep it because we’re moving soon. They did adjust the price to a total of $101.97. But these prices are getting out of hand.

Amazing customer service! Had a rew self inflicted issues and they were able to help sort it out quickly with no fuss.
