Everything was great until the 3rd month when they raised my rent $60. I went from $150 to $210 for no reason other than greed. Beware they get your stuff in there then the money games start. The elevator rarely worked. When it did, the door would not open sometimes. Scary when it is late and no one is there and you are stuck in the elevator. Go across the street to Move IT. Corporate greed.

Staff is very sweet!!! They make sure to email you and call so you’re never late on your payment and I love that!! Never have had a problem would 10/10 recommend

My husband and I lived in an apartment for 4 years and did not have the space for some of our miscellaneous items — Prime Storage is amazing! I love how clean their facility is, the units are reasonably priced, climate controlled, and the staff is personable and extremely friendly. I’ve worked with Marcy and Natalie, both ladies are great. Definitely recommend this storage facility over the others.
