I had rented a storage unit and realized it was too small. A couple of days later, I contacted the South Ferdon location in Crestview, FL to upgrade to a larger sized unit. Michelle was extremely helpful! This is a very clean storage building with great security measures in place. Highly recommend!
Update 3: storm caused damage to property keypad. No one can enter the storage unit. They are holding everyone's content hostage and their stupid ass robot system is broken too and corporate is no help. If the system is down. Then someone should have to stay on site until fixed
Update 2: Michelle was awesome when she was here. Sad she left. I showed up at 2p today and there was a sign on the door that they were closed until 3p. I waited almost an hour and went to get gas next door hoping the person would return by the time I got back. They were there when I got back and the sign was off the door but they still had the doors locked. She motioned for me to wait a minute as she was on the phone. It was raining really bad and lightning. After waiting 2 minutes for her to let me she, she was still just on the phone laughing and carrying on. Not even concerned about me getting soaked outside. Wish the company would have done more to keep Michelle. Sad that corporations don't value their employees more. Guess I'm heading over to the portable building across town to buy a building instead of renting another unit from them and will be moving my items out of the this property ASAP.
Update: Be aware that their systems may glitch with your entry code when you have multiple units. Corporate is no help during emergencies. Their reps denied having an emergency access code, but the local management staff confirmed that they do have one time use access codes. Local staff is great. Corporate is horrible. I also had paid for 24/7 access.

I initially left a 5 star review yesterday regarding that the staff was nice and helpful, but I'm paying for 24/7 access at a premium rate and my code no longer works. I can not get into the building and I have items left in the hallway. I call the emergency number and they said their is nothing they can do after hours. They refused to call property manager. They refused to give me a record of the the call at 12a. I now have property loses of $50 due to not being able to retrieve my items. I want a refund of the storage unit as well as the 24/7 access since you violated our terms under the agreement and are holding my items at now my items will be stolen.
Natalie was very helpful! She is always patient and willing to take the extra step.
