Prime Storage

I haven’t moved to Prime Storage yet, but I’ve been incredibly impressed with their staff so far. Ebony was patient, informative, and genuinely helpful as I explore my storage options. All my questions were answered clearly, and she made me feel confident that I’d be making the right choice by switching to them. Their customer service alone speaks volumes about the kind of experience I can expect. If you’re looking for a storage facility that values its customers, Prime Storage is worth considering and ask for Ebony!!!

I had a unit here for about 3 years and I thought this was a great place to store my stuff! It was clean, had AC, easy to locate, and friendly staff. I highly suggest this place and the app makes payments! 5 out of 5!

The storage facility itself is nice. The employees are nice. What isn’t nice is renting a unit at advertised price and within 2 months getting a 50% increase. Upon talking to the staff they can hold off on the increase for 2 months before it kicks in. So I’ll be moving my stuff again to avoid this high rate hike.
