I had a conversation with an employee named Alex outside of the Storage place. He had the shirt on and was very professional and kind! If this is the standard of character and class that this company is hiring, then I already know that this is the company I am going to when I need storage! I thought to myself, “this guy is way too professional and nice to not be a manager or something there!” Seems like a great company.

Had the unit 3 years. Scheduled a move out. Left the unit the way it was rented. Been getting calls for months about some over due payments after I was paid up in full. Even after speaking to numerous people they couldn’t resolve the issue. Needless to say they are a scam. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I dealt with the Apopka,Fl location. Goodluck
