Prime Storage

People out there, I bought a storage unit online, they said they have 247 access on the internet. I went there to pick up the key and get the unit, they told me that I have to get permission to have 247 access. I canceled the unit, asked for a refund, the lady says it should be back on my card in three days. It is going on two weeks these people still haven’t given me money back so I guess I have to resort to legal actions because whoever it is showing broke behavior, the lady says she put in numerous emails, and they have no number to call to get it resolved they keep referring me to the store where they keep saying the same thing. I have to put in a email, like seriously no compassion no understanding no urgency, like never again with these guys idc what anybody says.

I am very upset with this storage unit the customer service is great however my storage unit went from 90 to 140 a month for a 10x10 that is a ridiculous up charge I get it u have to charge more sometimes but that is crazy also not to mention how many times I got an email stating that I can’t get in my unit because they are fixing the property and the day I moved in was a hassle with the door system every time we walk out to grab more stuff the door would lock and I had to reput the code in if it weren’t such a hassle to move storage units I would.
