Prime Storage

Great service. No issues.

PPrime storage isn't so bad, but they do go up every couple of months till you get to the regular rate, which I didn't like. The exit door was down for months; I even broke my bed having to turn around in my U-Haul. But my belongings were safe and sound. With no issues, Sarah at the front desk was wonderful. Every time I had a question or concern, she was there to assist. Rates too high but for small storage, customer service is excellent.

This was a great experience thanks to Sarah. She was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly which was super helpful due to the fact that this was my first time renting a unit. The unit was clean and the perfect size.
