Prime Storage

Prime is a scam! My rent went from $60 to $86 within a few months, without notice. I already moved out of state before the price gouge too, so now I have to go back to move my items to a different facility, because I flat refuse to pay almost $90 for a closet.
With the obscene amount of money this corporate trash makes, you would think there would be more than 2 carts for hundreds of lockers. Or that they could buy a broom to sweep the floors, the side foyer, and/or the broken glass outside the side door. The garage door has been broken for months, and it's probably still broke. I'd hate to pull a big uhaul inside, only to end up doing a 9,000 point u- turn to get out of there. Also, the restroom is always absolutely disgustIng; trash overflowing, nasty floor, no toilet paper - it's worse than a porta-dump at a festival. The only good thing about this place, is the workers. They're always super nice and helpful, and I'm sure they're not being fairly compensated for their work because this corporation couldn't care less about their customers, let alone, their employees .

Walked in a received top notch service. Sarah was awesome and irreplaceable. Need more people like her.

Raised monthly rent $12 on second bill, which I guess makes up for the discount they offer on the first month! I know this is month to month but they should guarantee no rate increases the first 6 months at least. They know once you move your stuff in, it's not easy to just move it somewhere else. I really hope raising the rent is not an every other month occurance or I WILL move my stuff elsewhere!
