Prime Storage

I'm giving a one star review because I didn't pay my rent on time and am only 5 days late due to me waiting on a large refund from a company that took money out of my bank account without my authorization. Prime Storage management decided to put an extra lock on my units prohibiting me from accessing my belongings until I pay my bill which will be payed by the end of this week. Don't do business with these guys and go somewhere else since there are better storage unit places that are cheaper and has better management.

Sarah and Collin were very helpful with getting me checked in and starting the process. Facility seems very clean and secure. I fell like my things are safe here

Prime over charged my credit card for Six months and refuse to reimburse me. I wouldn't recommend this place for free service because if they'll steal your money they'll steal you property. If I could I wouldn't give them the one star but there's no option for ZERO STARS.

Such an easy process thanks to the help from Sarah! Will be recommending to all my mates!
