Prime Storage

Nice storage facility but…Careful! You might move your entire house into a storage unit only to have the monthly rate increase randomly. Took em 2-3 months to do this to me and I’m assuming it will happen again. As though I can easily just take my business elsewhere now after moving all of my stuff there. Sneaky!

Customer service is great! I was shopping around for storage and most people I spoke to were a bit brusque, but not Sarah. She was incredibly friendly and made sure to thoroughly explain price, policy, etc. Thanks Sarah!!

Prime Storage was the perfect place to store my furniture. It was secure and very easy to access my belongs if I needed them.

This place is terrible! They want to raise my monthly rent by $50 after only 3 months. What's shady is there is no disclosure on their website that I could find stating that rates may go up. I called the office and the woman I talked to agreed that they should disclose that on their website. On top of that,the exit door has been broken for at least 2 months now. I got stuck in
there for 30 minutes a few weeks ago because there was no room to turn around to go out the entrance due to all of the other vehicles in there. And they want another $50/month?

The exit garage door has been broken for MONTHS. This is prevents us from being able to utilize the inside drive when pulling our trailer. We can only pull our truck inside, but then we have to either back out around a corner or attempt to turn around in thee lane. This is completely unacceptable. There is no reason for the door to remain down for MONTHS. Ridiculous.
