Prime Storage

I've had no issues with Prime Storage from day 1. The staff was helpful and courteous. It's super close to the freeway and my home. The storage unit we're renting is clean and the perfect size for our needs. The security of the premises seems to be pretty good. The only downside is that gate access closes at 10pm. I'd prefer to have access to our unit 24/7 or at least until midnight. However, I understand the 10pm access restriction is in place to help increase the security of the property/units.

Parking spaces for RVs & trailers is very tight, and there is nowhere to turn around in their deadend parking lot.

Mark really helped us get the correct size we needed. The experience was fast and professional. Units are clean and well kept
