Very safe, friendly customer service and flexibles hours!!!

Great storage site. Clean and well lit, very friendly and helpful staff. I used them for several years until I finally moved into a house with a garage. Would highly reccomend them that needs a little extra space

It was such an easy set up process. The app is awesome and is so easy to use as well.

Prime storage is safe and clean. A great storage option.

Check in easy. Reserved a 5'x10' unit. I pointed out to the employee that the unit is just barely over 4' wide. They didn't seem to be concerned about false advertising. Renter beware. Raised rent after 2nd month.

Now they want to charge extra for 24 hour entry (even though you just enter your code the same as when their office is open).

Fine place to store if you don't mind changing policies and prices (always up).

Update: Just raised rent again. Two times in less than one year!
