Super easy process and clean unit!!

Sarah might be one of the best customer service people I’ve talked with. I was kinda expecting a storage unit place to have not very happy workers but Sarah was so cool! Highly recommend it.

The lady in the office was very helpful got me set up and done quickly then escorted me to the storage unit

The first month was fine it was a reasonable fee but after that they kept trying to raise the monthly rent in the unit I spoke with the manager and she told me that it was fixed and that they wouldn't raise it anymore well the next month they want to raise the rent up another $100 that's bullshit !! We're going to go somewhere else where they don't do that to there customers , a person's word is all we really have in this life and if someone gives there word on something like this they damn well better keep there word !!! Not happy at all about this and I will deter any one that asks me about this place
