Prime Storage

It's the worst storage rental place ever! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Management is the worst and they won't work with you on anything!!!! They are very rude!!!!

First, I'd like to say that the exemplary customer service from Shari, the office manager at the payson location, reminded me of why I like living in small town USA. She is great. Her knowledge of all processes made things go smoothly as well.
Tte facility itself is nice, clean, and spacious (the roadways between units are large enough for me to manipulate my F350 easily). The units themselves are all commercial grade aluminum construction. I went with a 13x30, and it's got to be at least 12' high. Secure access as well.

I was told a different size of unit then what it was! If you do your reservations online beware!

I am happy that I went with Prime. I had a bit of an issue with what I was initially charged. However, we got it worked out, and they have been good to work with. Best price I could find on the size of unit I needed in the area.
