Worst rental place I ever used. NO employee ever at the office. Gate wide open 24 hours. Lights not working at inside hallway storage units. A total rip off and unsafe place.

The prices here are great, however trying to get a hold of someone that's on sight is a joke! We've been trying for a week to get our unit updated to a bigger one and haven't been able to reach anyone on sight to get it done. It's very frustrating considering the only time we can move things is on the weekend. We can get customer service and they're great. But it would be nice to have someone physically on sight to be able to get our stuff done.
