Scheduling my move was effortless, even though it was kind off short notice. The quote was accurate. The movers were in contact with me on the day of the move. They were professional and efficient, yet personable. I recommend Priority Moving and Storage to everyone needing to move. No headache, no hassle. I will use them whenever I move.

Was not pleased with their service. Not sure if this is the right location but Mr. Roger was the manager. I called 3 weeks in advance to book my move. Upon setting it up I asked if they had any confirmation email or deposit requirements which they did not. That was kind of weird to me, most places require a deposit or at least a email confirming the appointment. On the day of I was expecting them at 1, I waited until 1:30 to call and inquire where the movers were, no response by phone or email. At 2 I had my friend call from a different number and Mr. Roger responded and said he would check to see where they were. He then called me back finally around 2:30 and said they were behind and wouldn’t be done at the previous spot until 3:10. At 3:45 I got a call from the mover who told me this move was thrown on him last minute and if I still needed to move. I said yes as I have been waiting all day and took off work. He said he would be there at 4:20. He arrived at that time and came up to my place and asked me if I had a pen, which I did not as everything was packed. He then proceeded to remove tape from a box that I had and said he thought he saw a pen in there. Very unprofessional to, without asking open and remove tape from someone’s items!! They finished packing a 2 bedroom apartment in about 3 hours. Once they were finished the kicker, the uhaul truck battery died and they needed a jump! They asked me if I had jumper cables which I did but they were all the way at the bottom of my car under other stuff, I moved things around and got it for them. They finally were able to move everything into my mew space, Mr. Roger brought his niece and a third person to come and help. The move was not professional though, they broke some items, my white sofa was a little dirty and was not wrapped. They were just rushed and threw everything in the back of the truck. In my opinion the movers were young and amateurs. Mr. Roger did give me a discount at the end for the trouble. The next day I also realized that the mover never gave me my jumper cables back. I just would not use this company if you are pressed for time or want a professional move.

Where do I even begin? These guys were a life saver- having to move during a pandemic and my original team becoming ill and unable to help- these guys were great!! The 2 gentleman went over and above for the 5hrs I needed them for. LIFE SAVERS I TELL YA! They arrived early which was unexpected, had no problem stopping off at my storage unit before going to my final destination- which they rearranged completely. I did not think there rate was high at all, it was about the average/going rate.

The 2 men who provided moving services for me were very professional, they handled my items with care, and they worked the entire time. Great company to use if you moving!
