Pro Fit Movers

My husband and I scheduled movers through pro fit movers to pack our 2 bedroom apartment into a moving truck. My husband had multiple communications with Roy including the day of the move. On the day of the move, Roy called and pushed back the start time by one hour due to “forgetting it was fathers day.” We accepted the new time and had the moving truck ready for their arrival. We spent about 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time trying to get in contact with the movers via phone calls/voicemails, text messages and Facebook message. We never received any reply on any platform and no follow up from the company to apologize for the no-show. It was extremely frustrating and would’ve been better for them to have just cancelled on us so we didn’t waste time waiting around for them/trying to contact them.

William and Derek were awesome in helping me move from my second story apartment to townhome. They managed to find ways to get the furniture in when I was sure they wouldn't be able to, and they were amazingly friendly and helpful with everything!

The mover showed up on time packed my truck very efficiently everything fit and still had room to spare. great company!

Roy and his crew were exceptional help during this move! On time, responsible, quick and overall dedicated to handling the move with care. Couldn't have selected a more capable company to assist me.
