Pro-Low Moving

Pro-Low helped us with a family move for my parents. They provided excellent, prompt, and professional service. Their staff was incredibly friendly and accomplished everything we requested in record time. Thanks to the whole team at Pro-Low. Pro-Low Moving made our move so hassle free, and it over so fast! To start, there was going to be a delay with start time. Two members of the team called prior to the hour start time to ask if it was okay to start 1 half hour later than the agreed start time. It was. After that, the whole team arrived promptly at the new scheduled time. They did a walk-thru to get an idea of what was being moved, and then immediately went to work, leaving entire rooms cleared within minutes. What would have taken a self move, 6-12 or more hours, they completed in 4. I was worried about allowing them to move 'big-ticket items' like TV's and computers, but assured me, 'They will be safe and undamaged' Indeed, they packed and moved them with no issues. The driver was skilled and able to navigate over snow and ice, thru the difficult driving of the storage unit, around vehicles, and get to and from the old and new location with no issues. I received estimates from several other movers, before choosing Pro-Low to move. None of the other companies could beat their mover count, estimated rate, and booked time combination. There was a mix-up with the initial agreed upon date when I called to confirm the move about 5 days out, and Pro-Low was still able to accommodate for the mix-up by making sure we got a date that worked for us. When we initially began our search for movers, Pro-Low caught our eye immediately, because of all their 5 star reviews. Well. Here's another one! I know now why they have so many!
