Nice job is an understatement!!! Viktor & crew were phenomenal. I had an unusual & urgent request: moving a bariatric bed, a hoyer electric patient lift, and other medical equipment from one residence to another. That involved knowing how to move specialized equipment; Viktor had me take a photo of each piece of equipment, the associated model/serial number and send it to him. We needed to coordinate the move 1) to take place in the morning with the freeway travel pattern in mind, 2) disassemble the bed (& I think the lift) on same-day travel, 3) load-unload-reassemble equipment on arrival to new residence, in a time frame that would allow afternoon arrival of my special needs cousin. After they accomplished all that, they also responded to the group-home owner graciously by relocating other equipment to the desired location identified by the owner/caretaker that had arrived (by another unrelated mover but not unloaded to desired location). Viktor & crew were life-savers to all 3 of us: myself, my cousin & the wonderful owner/caretaker. We were blessed to be on the receiving end of their kindness & generosity. They are the best - wished they lived in East Tennessee where I do! Kathy
