No show on day of move. Called and they said they would call us back.. they never called back and we tried repeatedly to call them and got no answer. They left us hanging on the day of the move.. BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..

Never returned my call

Pro Movers is about the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Shelly, the owner would not physically come to our home for estimates after I ask her at least 5 times. Her employees were 3 wonderful hard working guys, who did everything we ask. They did share alot of different stories with us about Shelly. They all three said she over worked them, sometimes 30 hrs. straight. She never returned their calls, when they needed her. Any way I told all three that they should quit and not work for someone like her. Since then, they have all three quit and some of them she refused to pay. While they were moving my stuff, my Kamado Joe big bbq pit got broken. It was less than a year old and cost over $1,000. She did not reimburse me but $100 for that. Her brother told me she had filed with her insurance, so I know that she got more from insurance than $100. This whole move was a disaster and she wouldn't answer my calls or text. She impossible to work with. Her employees verified that she lied all the time and they couldn't hardly stand her. I would not advise anyone to use this company.
