Pro Movers Plus

WORST business practices @ PRO MOVERS PLUS in Marble Falls, TX I've ever seen. Asked for quote numerous times didn't get one until the lady called and asked for my CC #. Should've went with my gut but it was a referral from a friend. Moved 1 bed, 2 chairs, 1 small couch,2 refrigerators, washer and dryer, Bowflex, wooden sauna that was in panels (super light), 2 excercise bikes, and packed a very small kitchen. Didn't even move the boxes I packaged. Went 16 miles from Burnet to Bertram ​stopped at storage to drop off a few things on the way and charged $1848. If I would've had time to gather a couple friends it would have been done in 6 hours what a rip-off. I am local and believe in doing business local I will not refer anyone to this company!

We couldn’t be happier with our ProMoversPlus experience.. We were informed about details by Shelly; Martin and James loaded our furniture and delivered it to our storage unit at our new destination. These two were courteous, helpful and hardworking .
Best of all they were friendly and personable.
For the service we received, what we paid was well worth the cost. Hope we can use them again when we move into our new home! Ron & Betty Hall

Not just the worst moving experiences, one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Pro Movers, after being scheduled for two weeks, showed up and then ABORTED THE MOVE, citing a confused list of excuses including potential weather, working late the day before, and having a large upcoming move. My elderly parents were already at their new home awaiting the arrival of their belongings and all of our team had taken the weekend off to assist.

Fortunately we were able to find professional movers to assist us on short notice and complete the move.
