Pro-Moving of San Angelo

I have to say the day of the move I was very happy. They were so kind and worked so hard. I had no issues paying them well.
My 2 stars is because two days later when we hooked up our 65 in tv the screen was destroyed. You couldn’t see it when it was turned off. Our fridge was pretty scratched and dented too. I was hesitant to even call but I was under the impression they have insurance for damages. The female on the phone said not their responsibility for “mechanical” issues. I said these are cosmetic damages. I mentioned the fridge and she accused me of making it up. We usually use Lonestar but they were booked. I was pretty nervous to use someone else. again the guys moving us were very kind, professional and hard workers. but they should have made this right.

Best moving company!! I called them on short notice needing to move out the same day. They were there within an hour. They were friendly, professional and went out of their way to help. Everything was handled with care. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

This is the second time I have used Pro-Moving and I have been so impressed with them! They are so easy to work with! The employees are friendly, quick, and efficient! My mom was with me this last time and was so impressed she wished they were in Atlanta where she lives! Can't say enough about this company and staff! Will definitely use them again if/when I move! You should too!!

Second time I’ve used Pro-moving. Guys are very accommodating, and Cindy is amazing. All were helpful and caring!
