They sent 3 people who did a very good job delivering and setting up the piano. They know what they are doing. You can tell they are experienced. They were friendly and professional. I recommend them for your piano moving needs.

We had an upright piano that we needed to move from the lower floor of one house, to the upstairs of the house across the street. Easy, right? Oh, no. Not easy.
The destination house is a 1980s split level, with a 27 external stairs on a narrow staircase with a narrow landing, and eight stairs inside, with another very small landing.
The situation was so tight that a team with less exact spatial sense, determination, and finely tuned teamwork would almost certainly have given up. One other company we called for a quote 'noped' out after just seeing photos of the situation. This company assessed it and offered a move date less than two weeks out. Amazing.
On moving day, they arrived, came up with a quick but thorough game plan, and GOT IT DONE. I am so impressed. 'Pro Piano Move' indeed! They treated the piano with care, let me know at each step what was going on and how they were working to get past the next rough spot, and proceeded with good humor even while having to disassemble parts of the piano on the landing in order to make what I would have believed was an impossible turn. I now have a fully reassembled piano in good order, just where I needed it.
I also really appreciated the care the team took of one another, making sure that the humans were safe while hauling a very awkward 800 lb beast. This company came recommended to me for excellent work and unusual skill, all of which I can confirm.
Five stars, great work, highly recommend!
