I would not recommend this company for your moving needs. They were given my job because I was told the other moving company , Gin & Lou, could not access my delivery location with a semi…which I believe was a lie. So they “had to use a shuttle service “ and charged me an extra $600 i was not originally quoted. They gave me this news less than 24 hours before my delivery and said they wouldn’t unload without payment in full. The drivers were not careful with my belongings - I had damage to my antique furniture , my space heater and a dozen of my cherished ceramics were smashed to bits because of carelessness and disregard for a box that says FRAGILE , GLASS /CERAMICS and DO NOT STACK. I was most peeved about the poor communication , really the lack there of. The drivers then had the audacity to ask me for a tip. Sorry, no.

Hands down the worst company I have ever worked with. The sales man made promises about delivery, and confirmed with dispatch repeatedly. When the time came for the actual delivery it was a week after I was promised. When I called to discuss they told me the sales man cannot make those commitments. Dishonest sales practices.

At every stage, they charged me more for my delivery compared to the quote. First the video walkthrough added on additional $300. Not a big deal. Then when the movers came and loaded up the truck, they charged me an extra $2400! They said I had to pay, or remove the items from the truck, lose my deposit, and cancel the move. They effectively held my items hostage.

When they finally got my items to my new state, they said they couldn't deliver to my address with their semi truck, so I would have to pay an additional $2000 for a shuttle truck. I said no so I had to rent a moving truck, meet them at a truck stop, and then they unloaded their truck and I had to load mine. Alone, with no help from them. They said this was policy but they never told me. The kicker, they came in a standard moving truck! They drove it from Arizona to Colorado so they never even had a Semi in the first place!! They were just trying to get more money out of me. To top it all off, they broke a bunch of stuff and they were only going to cover it for pennies on the dollar.

Unethical, scammy, bad business practices, rude workers. STAY AWAY!

Would not hire again. I've been trying to find out where my household goods are for the past month and no one has given me any answers. The last person I talked to told me that there was no expected delivery date for my stuff which was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of January. I've reached out multiple times and haven't heard anything back. If you want your stuff delivered in a timely manner and have an open form of contact I'd recommend using a different moving company.

Ended up paying three times what we were quoted, even after we left things behind to try to get anywhere near our original budget. Foreman Nick was rude and condescending, would interrupt us if we tried to ask questions and then talk circles around the actual answer we needed. Careless with carrying things out of the house and damaged a wall that we had to quickly repair for closing the next day - we were not reimbursed. Saw the movers smoking cigarettes in the back of the truck, near our loaded items. Did not get delivery on the day promised, broken coffee table and boxes clearly opened and rifled through. Have not been able to get anyone to answer phone calls or emails for two months now. Scammers.
