Fabian and the entire ProSmart team were great to work with! Super detail oriented and really cared about keeping my belongings safe and secure while also moving quickly. I moved into a home on a fairly steep hill in SF which I thought would be a hindrance however they were extremely efficient. Fabian was very communicative and confirmed details directly with me both before and on the day of the move, and the ProSmart team kept me informed each step along the way before the day of the move. Overall he and his team made what I thought would be a stressful move run smoothly. There were no hidden fees and very transparent with prices. Overall ProSmart Moving was great to work with and I’d definitely work with them again, especially Fabian.

We had a good experience with the folks who picked up our items but that is where it ended. We were overcharged for storage, had challenges getting our delivery scheduled, had damage both to the items in boxes and also to the home from delivery. After months of calling, I finally got someone to help with the claim report. We signed a statement for the amount owed and were given dates but no payment came. Now I'm in months of calling again to get Oscar to tell me when the claim contract will be upheld. I'm resorting to this review hoping it gets someone's attention and reply.

Fabio and his crew did an amazing job during my move. He was very agile, fast, careful and a super awesome dude in general. He disassembled and reassembled my queen size bed in no time and did an entire move at exactly the estimated time. They even put bubble wrap and extra protection on other items too. Fabio and pro smart movers will always be my recommended choice for movers in the city.

Fabian and his team were PHENOMENAL!!! He made sure everything was on point!! They were ahead of schedule, efficient, careful, friendly, kind, and a joy to work with. I will definitely go to them again for our moving needs and refer others.

Christian & Camilo for loading, and 2nd pair for off loading! They all worked diligently, quickly, and assisted with packing items. They were extremely careful with my facile and sentimental items. Fabian walked me through cost and timelines for no end surprises, considering the time allocated and amount of stuff. My moving decision was a very quick, stressful, and unexpected! However, with their help and good disposition, they made this transition happen same day!! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
