My original move was grossly underestimated and the moving company I originally signed a contract with did not care. However, the owner of Pro Smart stepped in and provided a $200 discount. In the big picture, it was not a lot of money but it showed me that the owner cared about my situation.
Secondly, Oscar, the service rep responsible for organizing the move was spot on for everything. He was clear, precise and reassured me whenever I called that my furniture was being taken care of. Oscar worked diligently on my behalf to make sure my furniture arrived on time. I highly recommend Oscar at Pro Smart for your moving needs.
Next, the two movers who unpacked the truck worked extremely hard and they were very maticulous with the furniture. They were kind, patient and very professional.
