I used Pro Smart Movers for my California to Colorado move June 2023. The actual price
was thousands beyond what I was quoted. The crew leader in California told me while standing in the driveway with 1/2 my stuff in the truck it will cost $2000 more than quoted. Even tho they had a detailed description of the household items. When they arrived in Colorado- they arrived late in the afternoon with 3 helpers. Driver was anxious to leave- so once the truck was empty- he left. I was stuck supervising his 3 day laborers who definitely wanted to leave. They did leave but promised to come back the next morning. They did not- left me with boxes marked garage in the living room and their moving blankets and broken furniture that I paid them to pack. I
had to hire 3 Men and a truck to complete the move. I put in a claim with Pro Smart, but they paid a small fraction. Then they ghosted me.
Do not hire this company, you will regret it.

I used ProSmart three times in total and they’ve been outstanding on every aspect - customer service, being on time for the move, and the quality/speed of the actual move. Prices are generally also lower than most competitors which is a nice plus. Definitely plan to continue using ProSmart in the future for any moves on the west coast!

Marco and his crew are the best! Very nice, professional and efficient. They moved furniture from 3 local locations and did it all on time. They made sure they wouldn't go over extra hour, so I don't get charge more than my quote. Fast but carefully too. I definitely recommend them!.

There was great communication in the beginning. We walked through the building multiple times so everyone knew what was going and what was NOT going, but even with all those walkthroughs they still forgot things and left things behind. They kept both of our dolly’s so now we have to buy new ones. Multiple monitors showed up busted and broken, a tv stand was completely broken and falling apart, multiple anesthesia machine were broken and are now unable to be used. We messaged them to let them know that things were broken and we were ignored. We work for a small family business so to buy and replace these items is going to take a good chunk of money, which we were hoping we wouldn’t have to do since we just spent so much money moving to a different state! Also, my crew packed up about 60% of the building, loaded their moving trucks and then at the new place my crew unloaded their moving trucks. My company should be reimbursed for doing their job.
