John, Dee, Geo, Dustin, Brett, Don, we are SO glad we hired Gentle Hands Moving/Pryme Moving for our 6 bedroom move AND that you were our packers & movers. You were prompt both days. You were up-front about what to expect - including the unexpected. When problems came up, you explained them and offered your experienced suggestions - which were extremely helpful. But there were so many unexpected problems requiring evaluation, explanation, and decisions, Move Day took longer than expected. When you came to the end of the time allotted for moving, we all expected you to say you were exhausted and you'd be back tomorrow. But you pushed through and got both trucks unloaded into the rooms we specified. And, you stayed friendly throughout. When i asked the rest of the family how they'd describe the move, 'above and beyond' or something similar was the response. We'd recommend Gentle Hands Moving/Pryme Moving and would use them for future moves.
