We have rented a unit at this location for well over a year. Anytime we've had any questions I always have been able to contact Tom in the office for assistance. We greatly appreciate the customer service we've received and prompt response to any questions.

I was very happy with my temporary stay with public storage in woborn the person that worked with me showed me around and how to use the door locks manually and with my app. When I was ending my rental he asked if I was all set , and asked if i needed any assistance. He then proceeded with maintaining the property I thank you public storage in woborn and to Tom
