We have been trying to empty our home into the storage and have to be out by Sunday this entire week the storage door has been broken!! No one has repaired it, it’s difficult to get anyone on the phone, the manager doesn’t respond or answer any calls, we are having to carry all items through side door because we aren’t able to drive the car into the storage and it’s been broken all week. No assistance has been given after a report was filed and calls not answered but left a voicemail. Very unprofessional and super inconvenient for almost $200 monthly to have to deal with such inconvenience for many days while moving on a limited time frame!!!
