Public Storage

We had a great experience renting a locker at this facility before it became Public Storage. The property is always clean and well-maintained. Bruce and Ana have always been friendly and provide excellent customer service...five stars to each of them. When Public Storage took over, we hoped for reasonable rate adjustments, since we knew they were inevitable. However, we were just notified of a 47% rate increase in only six months, which feels excessive. While we appreciate the facility and staff, such steep hikes are disappointing. The only positive takeaway is that Bruce and Ana provided excellent service!

Participated in my first ever storage auction at this facility and it couldn't have gone any better. The staff was super friendly, extremely kind and informative and were gracious with this rookie. Super clean and well run facility.
Special kudos to Anna and Nolan for making everything go smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
