Absolutely garbage. Been calling two times a week because my unit has a lock on it and i dont have access even though im paid up and current?? Property manager either died disappeared or isnt answering voicemails

NO WORKING ELEVATORS.

There are 2 elevators and they are both out of service. Fix it ASAP!

Not sure this Storage business lure you with good promotion rate and few months later they rise your rent and few months later again? is that general tacktic around storage business or its just Public Storage trick? Any idea ?

Called to inquire about pricing and storage unit sizes. I have to say how amazingly impressed I was with the customer service from a woman named Capree. Not only was she a complete sweetheart, but she gave me all the information I needed to know, and then some. She did not overwhelm me, or give me an overload to where I could not understand like most places do this place will definitely get my business, especially due to, the superb customer service. We need more friendly professional people like this
