i absolutely love it here stephanie has always been such a big help and i’ve never had an easier experience storing things than with her!

Pros: So this public storage is staffed with great management Thomas and Stephenie. Always helpful and professional.
CONS: Although I see them cleaning everytime i walk into facility,, the can not keep up with the current flow of customers. I.e example I come at 930 am and 30 people are gathered at door, or I hear them constantly telling people they can not lounge about all day and they are simply annoyed for being ignored.Another problem is the constant trash left around by customers...If it was not for management this place would get 0 stars and I hope the company does something to help them complete the daily difficulties, good staff is hard to find.
