Great customer service Brenda was so nice and understanding to me and my family she answered all of our questions and walked us through the property to show us around.

Jay was super helpful. I rented my unit online, Jay showed me where my unit is and how to use the lock. I definitely recommend if you want A+ customer service!

I spoke with the front desk employee, Jay, who explained really well all the costs and expectations, even explaining that there’s a price increase every six months. he was very cordial and helpful, so I really appreciate his help. In the one-and-a-half years that he‘s been working there he hasn’t experienced any break-ins. Looking forward to putting my stuff away for a couple of months. Thanks again, Jay!
