Public Storage

Had items stolen out of my unit. My claim was denied because there’s was “no sign of forced entry”. I didn’t notice at first but there is a gap at the top of the roller door to ceiling that a person could easily get into the unit. I told the guy in the office about it and lo and behold he said that happened at the last storage company he worked for, kind of suspicious. Checked to make sure the items weren’t at home and then went and filed a police report, went back to the office and spoke with a different man and my original complaint was never filed. There’s no cameras inside that particular building and there’s been no changes to the design. I encourage anyone who has a unit here to check on your belongings. So basically I was told too bad

I had never used a storage unit before and needed immediate storage. They not only had same day availability but had locks for me to easily use. They had many options for me to choose from and it was a blessing in a time of need. Dwayne was awesome, checked that i had everything I needed and was all set to move in and out.

Dwayne knew his stuff. Helped me with options once I move.
