The representative that was in the office, Dwayne, was a great help for us in securing a storage unit. We were able to view the unit to get a better understanding of the space and he was very accommodating for our needs. Dwayne was able to assist us with the paperwork, securing a new lock, and providing a detailed description on how to enter the building. Dwayne is a fantastic representative for this company and I would highly recommend anyone to go and speak with him for any storage related questions. Thank you Dwayne!

I have a unit with this facility. I had a few 'house keeping questions' (for lack of a better way to put it). I went into the office and spoke with Dwayne. Very helpful, extremely welcoming and positive! I can not say enough about how easy and comfortable it was to speak with Dwayne!
