Clean facility, good location with easy access. The manager, Dwayne is great. I was in a rush to
put some stuff in storage then get out of town. He helped me get the rental contract completed and then I was on my way. I had some issues about 6 months into my stay and from 2700 miles away, he was the ONLY one in your company who was able to fix my issue. His dedication and care for his customers is a rare thing these days. I hope you value him as he made me feel valued by your company. If I need storage in the future this will be my first choice.

Update to add: Dwayne (new manager) is OUTSTANDING and he’s literally the *only* reason I have not moved out of both of my units at the hampstead location. I’m giving DWAYNE 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ but still, Public Storage as a whole is a price gouging corporation. Dwayne has been kind enough to try to help me with adjustments to the semiannual 30+% rate hikes (btw corporate, Blue Bird charges half as much as you, for the same thing). Dwayne is the only reason most people aren’t moving out. Show him that he’s valued, or a place like Blue Bird will!

David (manager) is beyond helpful and understanding. He gets 5 stars. But Public Storage corporate gets zero. The price hikes 2-3 times a year, at 30+% each time is absurd. I recommend you avoid this place. Once you have an entire unit filled with heavy furniture, it's difficult to just up and move it so they've got you by the grapes. David deserves better.

Love this place. Dwayne is the BEST!!!! So very friendly and that is what more businesses need. FRIENDLY people. Dwayne is always most helpful and willing to make the visit pleasant. It just makes my day when I get to interact with him.
