Alex is truly Genuine Supportive Person!!! Highly appreciated

Just so you know this company changes their late fees without telling you and there’s no rhyme or reason to it. I’m sure it’s buried in the fine print somewhere but if you’re an hour late on a payment they’ll charge you anywhere from $25 to $60, they give you some line about the economy or whatever but it’s a storage place, there’s very little overhead, they pay their employees poverty wages, and then they make their money back when they steal your stuff and auction it off. Plus the units are extremely overpriced to begin with, $175 a month for a 10’x10’ that leaks. This place sucks but it’s not like it’s any worse than any of the other corporate storage places. I’m definitely never getting another unit with this company.
