Public Storage

This storage unit has rats. Not mice Rats. They ate through my boxes of clothes, paperwork & plant dirt to create a home for the winter ruining my clothes & personal items & when I tried to contact the unit owners they ignored me, never attempting to call me back even AFTER I left several messages. I can only get here on Sundays as I’m a federal worker, working the same time they are. & somehow no one is ever around or gets around to contacting me back. I have no choice but to filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Im over this!

Ron is so very smooth!! He has great customer service skills. He made sure I was happy before I left the office. Very professional
